Visits Perth’s world renowned Kings Park, quaint Queens Gardens and the secluded Heirisson Island. Explore the gardens on foot while enjoying the natural habitats of majestic black swans, bottlenose dolphins and a “mob” of kangaroos, right in the middle of the city. Stroll along the Swan River and past the WACA and Gloucester Park, traditional homes to cricket and horse trotting since the 1800’s.

Heirisson Island is the location of a statue honouring the legendary Noongar elder, Yagan, who was executed during the volatile early days of the Swan
River Colony in the 1830’s. Your guide will share Yagan’s story as you relax on the park benches overlooking the tranquil Swan River.

Jump on a free local bus and travel 10 minutes up to Kings Park for the best view in Perth. Enjoy a relaxing break before you explore the Botanical
Gardens' amazing array of plant species. Walk through the treetops and loop back to conclude the tour at the War Memorial overlooking Perth City.

*Guests are urged to be sun smart. Please do not underestimate the heat of the Perth sun.

Recommended: Broad brim hat, sun cream, long sleeves, sunglasses and hydration. Water fountains can be found along the tour route to refill.  Dolphins and kangaroos are wild; unfortunately there is no guarantee that we will see specific types of wildlife.

The tour covers approximately 3km, often walking on uneven surfaces.
